A Positive Thinking Exercise

"Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things." {Philippians 4:8 NIV}

It's a good idea to spend at least ten minutes, every day, thinking about the good things in your life, what you can be thankful for.

This will go a long way toward enabling you to think more positive thoughts, more often. And, as a result, experience more peace.
