Declarations to Strengthen You

Declaring or affirming biblical truth is powerful. This will strengthen you and enable you to make progress, much faster, on your mental health issues.

The items you choose should be based on your individual issues.

An example follows:

• I am strong in the Lord. {Ephesians 6:10}
• I have a sound mind. {2 Timothy 1:7}
• I am an overcomer. {1 John 5:4}
• Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. {1 John 4:4}
• I have the mind of Christ. {1 Corinthians 2:16}
• No weapon formed against me will succeed. {Isaiah 54:17}
• "Trust in Him at all times . . ." {Psalm 62:8 NASB}
• "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." {Philippians 4:13 NKJV}
• All things work together for my good. {Romans 8:28}
• ". . . whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right . . . think about these things." {Philippians 4:8 NASB}

Make a list of declarations. And say them, out loud, every morning and every evening.

You can also recite some of your declarations, during the day, as needed.
