Watch Your Mouth

Your words have power—both for good and for evil:

• Your words can build others up or tear them down.
• Your words can enable you to succeed, or cause you to fail.
• Your self-talk can build you up, or weaken you.
• Your self-talk can enable you to succeed, or cause you to fail.
